Welcome to the website of St Nicholas’ church, Chiswick, an inclusive Anglo-Catholic (CofE) West London church serving the people of Chiswick and beyond. We offer beautiful, traditional worship and spirituality alongside a commitment to the complexity of 21st century life, as well as free children’s activities, silent prayer and outreach projects in the community.

Churchyard Tour - Saturday 9th September 2017 2.30pm The Friends of St Nicholas Church have arranged another tour of the churchyard and the Chiswick Old Burial Ground. This will take place on Saturday 9 September 2017 at 2.30pm, starting from the church's North Porch. Malcolm Smith will conduct the group round the cemetery, picking out the graves of celebrated, important and interesting people and providing some history of their lives and deaths. Born in London in 1945, John Rutter CBE is a composer, conductor, editor, arranger and record producer, mainly of choral music. Friday 29th September 2017 – 9.30am MacMillan Church Service, 10am Macmillan Coffee Morning

On Friday 29th September at 9.30am in St Nicholas Church we will hold a short service to remember loved ones and those we know affected by cancer. This will be followed by the World's Biggest Coffee Morning in church with cake to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Care. All welcome including dogs!

Sunday 19th November 6pm – Conversational Evensong with Rt Rev’d Stephen Cottrell, Bishop of Chelmsford

Stephen comes from Leigh-on-Sea in Essex. Having served in various parishes up and down the country, he is now Bishop of Chelmsford. He lived in Chiswick for a year as a student, and worshipped once or twice at St Nicholas’. He is a well-known writer and speaker on evangelism, spirituality and catechesis.
