Music at St Nicholas
Music is an important dimension of our worship at St Nicholas, under the leadership of our Director of Music, David Cresswell. Our choir of adults and children sings at the 10.30 Parish Mass each Sunday, on major feast days, and at Choral Evensong once a month (though several members only join us for Choral Evensong). There are no choral services during August, and the choir will reassemble for 9am practice on Sunday 5th September.

New singers are always welcome, and although we strive for a high standard of performance, all we require of new members is enthusiasm, an ability to carry a tune and a basic familiarity with musical notation. Rehearsals are at 9.00 on Sunday morning for the 10.30 Mass, and for the monthly 6pm Choral Evensong at 4.45 on that Sunday afternoon. If you're interested please e-mail David Cresswell.
